DIET, DIET, DIET, YUCK, YOU MUST BE KIDDING.

Are you like me and hate the word DIET, if makes me cringe, and all I want to do is run away. Just the thought of it conjures up the thought of so much pain, you once had the discipline but now it has gone, is too hard and the weight just comes back and more, so why bother.

So let’s take a different approach, the less painful approach the approach that is more wholistic. Would it interest you to start to look at what drives you to eat all that unhealthy food, or may be you eat healthy, you sometimes overeat or just eat too much. Ever wondered why you don’t want to move your body enough, or may be you have got to a place where you have just stopped caring about your body because it is just too hard to look after. 

Did you know when we are stressed our bodies normal reaction is to calm us and one of the ways we tend to do this is to over-eat or under-eat.
